Steps to Scheduling

  1. If you will be using health insurance, it is recommended that you contact your insurance company to verify the Manatee Mental Health is in-network with your plan, and to check your mental health benefits. You can find the list of insurance companies that Manatee Mental Health is in-network with on the “Insurance and Private Pay” page.

  2. Please fill out the contact form with your name, email address, and reasons for services below OR email Hello@manateementalhealth.com.

  3. Manatee Mental Health will contact you via email to ask if you’d like to schedule a free, 15-20 minute consultation phone call to ensure a strong therapeutic match. If you’d prefer to skip the consultation, please note that the intake session will be billed at the diagnostic assessment rate listed in the registration paperwork.

  4. You will receive two emails. One email labeled “New Client Instructions” from Hello@Manateementalhealth.com, and an email link to fill out electronic intake papework from notifications@owlpractice.com labeled “Manatee Mental Health, PLLC - Forms”.

  5. Once all paperwork and intake steps above are completed, Manatee Mental Health will contact you via email or phone call to schedule an intake session and with information regarding telehealth sessions and/ or in-person clinic information.
