Each person is so unique, and Manatee Mental Health believes that mental health treatment should reflect that.

Stephanie uses a blend of the following modalities to help clients find their strengths, and work through their challenges:

Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (parts work), Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoeducation, Experiential therapy, Harm-Reduction, Family Systems, Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Skills, Feminist Theory, and Acceptance and Committment Therapy.
